"What is a Barrel Shroud?"
Don't you think that a Representative should know what is in the laws they propose? The Representative from Long Island, NY does not have a clue. Why is a barrel shroud something that should be banned?For those of you who don't know. A shroud is just a cover on the barrel to disapate heat. I am sure it looks scary to some timid aide in Rep. McCarthy's office.
The good part of this clip, MSNBC's Tucker Carlson actually did his job properly, and exposed the Rep.

It's not just her. It is almost everybody. In the media and in politics, pretty much every single person who opens their mouth about firearms has literally no clue what they are talking about.
On the media side, I've come to the conclusion that it isn't any sort of a conspiracy or a bias. It's just the fact that they know nothing but are obliged to keep talking anyway and so they start making things up without it ever occuring to them that someone might notice.
This happens to be the only thing I've blogged about all week.
I am going to ramble.The ignorance of Libs, and the media about firearms is incredible. The fact that something looks menacing is "baaaad". The rounds fired at VT were smaller than an old .38 caliber pistol. the 94 gun law had nothing to do with the firearms involved at VT. No amount of laws will prevent a criminal from committing a crime if he has a death wish.
HB 1572 is where the Liberals failed VA!
